We are now looking for a positive, driven, and dedicated preschool assistant to join our wonderful team at Varas Östra preschool.

We offer a temporary position for the spring term with immediate start.

Your role

As a preschool assistant at our preschool, you are an important person in the work team and in the children's education.

You are expected to lead the children's group independently in various activities, and we are looking for someone who has the ability to create calm, safety, and engagement in the group.

To fit into our organization, flexibility, independence, and responsibility are important!

Your knowledge and experience

We are looking for someone who is a qualified preschool assistant or has equivalent competence that we deem suitable.

You are an active and professional educator who shows participation and commitment in the children's play and learning.

You contribute to a positive work environment and have good collaboration skills and a pleasant demeanor.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and can express yourself well in both speech and writing.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability!

Varas Östra preschool is located in the town of Vara. The preschool consists of five departments, and the temporary position is in the 1-4 year department. It is a wonderful team working here, and everyone contributes to the joy and creativity that permeates our work!
